In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

vs78 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Approval of registration does not constitute a waiver of vs78's right to subsequently verify eligibility and close an Account found to be ineligible.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your vs78 Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. vs78 will never contact you by any channel to request your password, one-time passcode (OTP), or bKash/Nagad PIN.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account, you must notify vs78 immediately by contacting [email protected]. vs78 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach was caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.3 KYC Verification. vs78 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. 4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login or financial activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. vs78 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts where a balance remains, after providing reasonable written notice to the registered email address.

Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and all balances forfeited.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses. vs78 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without notice. In such circumstances, wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured to the extent reasonably practicable, unless the promotion was claimed through fraudulent or abusive means.

7.1 Game Rules Primacy. Each game and sports betting market available on vs78 is governed by its own specific Game Rules, which are accessible within the respective game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the applicable Game Rules on a specific point, the Game Rules shall prevail in respect of that point.

7.2 Bet Acceptance. vs78 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the bet was placed after a relevant event had concluded; (b) the odds or game parameters were displayed erroneously due to a technical fault; or (c) vs78 reasonably suspects the bet forms part of a fraudulent or manipulative pattern.

7.3 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that affects a game round or bet settlement, the affected round or bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your Account Balance. vs78 shall have no further liability in respect of such events.

7.4 Cricket & Sports Betting. All live in-play cricket and sports betting markets on vs78 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body. vs78 does not accept liability for any delay in official result confirmation.

7.5 Maximum Winnings. vs78 reserves the right to apply a maximum single-transaction winnings cap. The current cap, where applicable, is displayed in the relevant Game Rules or betting market terms. Winnings in excess of the cap will be reduced to the cap amount without further liability on the part of vs78.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vs78. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or complete bonus wagering requirements.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or any other financial crime through the platform.

Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may render the platform temporarily unavailable. vs78 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance affecting Bangladesh Standard Time peak hours (18:00–24:00 BST).

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
